Kvik sync → Tripletex (diagnostic)
Runs the same logic as route=sync.kvik. Export runs only for Kvik
PendingOrderState (Behandles): new orders always; existing orders if Tripletex is not yet ok or order id missing
(fixes “stuck pending” when state did not change). Paste your CRON_SECRET as the token.
